Panama Paddle is now offering paddle board rentals and classes for anyone interested in learning and developing new skills or who simply want to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Casco Viejo from a completely different view. Classes and rentals are 90 minutes long and start at different times every day in order to take advantage of the high tide. Prices start at $45
